（三）招聘岗位与要求
1.学科带头人岗位
在本学科领域具有良好的学术影响力，取得具有重要学术影响的标志性研究成果，为所在学科领域的知名学者；年龄原则上不超过50周岁。
2.特聘教授岗位
具备较高创新能力，研发水平和成果达到国内外先进水平，在其研究领域为同行公认，并具有重要影响力，达到省级人才计划相应学术水平；年龄原则上应在45周岁及以下。
3.优秀博士岗位
具有博士学历、学位，已在所从事领域取得原创性成果并受到广泛认可，具有成长为本领域顶尖学者的素质和潜力；年龄不超过38周岁。

(I) Jiangxi University of Science and Technology
Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (JXUST) is based in Jiangxi Province, with campuses in Ganzhou and Nanchang, covering a total area of more than 3,300 mu (approximately 220 hectares). The University has 3 Outstanding Innovation Centers, 7 academic divisions, 24 teaching colleges, and 24 research platforms.
The University began offering undergraduate education in 1958, launched master’s education in 1980, and initiated doctoral education in 2013. It is a teaching and research university authorized by the State Council to confer bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees.
The University currently has more than 27,000 full-time undergraduate students and over 6,000 master’s and doctoral students. 1. Discipline Leader
Applicants should have significant academic influence in their respective disciplines, with landmark research achievements that have made a substantial academic impact. They should be recognized as leading scholars in their fields.
Age: Generally 50 years or under, with possible exceptions for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
2. Distinguished Professor
Applicants should demonstrate strong innovation capabilities, with research achievements reaching advanced levels domestically or internationally. They should be recognized by their peers for significant contributions and influence in their respective research fields, with an academic profile equivalent to that expected under provincial-level talent programs.
Age: Generally 45 years or under, with possible exceptions for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
3. Outstanding PhD Holders
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree and have achieved original research achievements in their respective fields that have received broad recognition. They should demonstrate the quality and potential to develop into leading scholars in their fields.
Age: Generally 38 years or under.
