江东概况
2018年6月3日，海南省委、省政府决定设立海口江东新区，将其作为建设中国(海南)自由贸易试验区的重点先行区域。
On June 3, 2018, the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hainan Provincial People's Government decided to establish Haikou Jiangdong New Area as a key pilot zone for the construction of the China (Hainan) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
江东新区位于海南省海口市东海岸区域，距海口市中心约7公里，是“海澄文定”综合经济圈地域核心。江东新区背靠粤港澳大湾区，面向东盟，连接东南亚，是海南自贸港的重点增长引擎。
Located on the east coast of Haikou City, Hainan Province, Jiangdong New Area lies approximately 7 kilometers from downtown Haikou and serves as the regional core of the "Haikou-Chengmai-Wenchang-Ding'an" Integrated Economic Circle. Backed by the Greater Bay Area, facing ASEAN, and bridging Southeast Asia, Jiangdong New Area is a key growth engine for the Hainan Free Trade Port.

江东新区以打造现代服务业对外开放先行区为战略目标，核心聚焦现代服务业与临空经济两大产业集群，重点发展航空维修、新型贸易、现代金融、专业服务、临空制造、科技创新、航空物流与租赁经济八大产业细分赛道，并前瞻布局海洋现代服务、数字贸易、低空经济、绿色低碳等未来产业，构建多元集聚、梯次发展的全产业链生态。
Jiangdong New Area is strategically positioned to become a pilot zone for the opening-up of modern services. Its industrial development is centered on two core clusters: modern services and airport-oriented economy. Within these clusters, the Area focuses on eight specialized sectors, including aviation maintenance (MRO) , new types of trade, modern finance, professional services, airport-oriented manufacturing, technological innovation, aviation logistics, and leasing economy. Looking ahead, Jiangdong New Area is also proactively cultivating future industries such as marine modern services, digital trade, low-altitude economy, and green and low-carbon development. Together, these efforts are shaping a diversified, multi-tiered, and integrated full-industry-chain ecosystem.
