研究方向
本团队研究方向为组合优化与理论计算机科学，关注于以网络为背景的NP-困难问题的算法设计与分析，包括作为无线传感网络中的控制集问题、社交网络中的影响传播及舆情控制问题、次模优化问题及非次模优化问题等，研究涉及图算法、近似算法，随机算法、并行算法、流算法、博弈论、机器学习等。已在IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, Journal of Global Optimization, INFORMS Journal on Computing， INFORCOM等期刊会议上发表190余篇学术论文，其中10余篇CCF-A类论文、3篇UTD24论文。已完成5项国家项目，4项教育项目。目前承担1项国家自然科学基金区域创新联合基金重点项目，1项国家面上项目，1项国家青年项目，1项浙江省重大项目。

课题组负责人张昭，2003年获新疆大学理学博士学位，现为浙江师范大学杰出教授，浙江省“钱江学者”特聘教授，浙江省“151”人才工程第一层次人选。2012年获批国家首批优秀青年基金项目，2008年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。

2、发表的论文、研究内容及选题需符合研究组发展方向；
3、能按时完成流动站管理办法中规定的开题报告、年度考核、中期考核和出站考核；配合博士后合作导师完成相关科研工作。
相关待遇
1、年薪25万元人民币；进站后可获10万元科研启动费；

Research Interests
The research interest of this group is combinatorial optimization and theoretical computer science, focusing on the design and analysis of approximation algorithms for NP-hard problems based on network, including domination problem in a wireless sensor network, influence and public opinion control problem in a social network, submodular optimization and non-submodular optimization problems, etc. Currently, the research directions include graph algorithms, approximation algorithms, random algorithms, parallel algorithms, streaming algorithms, game theory, machine learning etc. Our group has published more than 190 papers on journals or conferences including IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, Journal of Global Optimization, INFORMS Journal on Computing, INFORCOM etc., among which there are 10 CCF-A papers and 3 UTD24 papers. We have accomplished 5 projects from NSFC and 4 projects from Ministry of Education. Currently, we are hosting 1 NSFC key project, 1 NSFC general project, 1 NSFC youth project, and 1 major project of Zhejiang NSF.
Research Group
The team leader is Professor Zhang Zhao. She got her PhD from Xinjiang University in 2003, and is currently a distinguished professor at Zhejiang Normal University, “Qianjiang scholar” Distinguished Professor of Zhejiang province, Zhejiang “151” talent program first level candidate. She was approved the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars in 2012, and was selected into the Education Ministry's New Century Excellent Talents Supporting Program in 2008.

Application requirements
1. Own a PhD in operations research or theoretical computer science or a related field.
2. Published papers, research interests and selected research topics should be in line with the development direction of the research group.
3. Cooperate with the postdoctoral supervisor to complete the relevant scientific research work.
Related treatment
1. Annual salary of 250,000 RMB; 100,000 RMB research fund.
2. The university can rent the housing, or provide rental subsidy of 1,200 RMB/month.
